Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Outlet Crew – Penanggung Jawab Penjualan to join our fast‑growing retail network. This front‑line position is the face of our brand, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving daily sales targets. The ideal candidate is honest, friendly, and eager to grow within a supportive team environment. Work hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with a rotating shift schedule that offers flexibility for those who thrive in a dynamic retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide knowledgeable product recommendations.
- Maintain an organized and attractive sales floor, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and cleanliness standards.
- Process transactions accurately using the store’s management system, handle cash, and issue receipts in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and communicate restocking needs to the store manager.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and promoting ongoing promotions.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive brand perception.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and security checks.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with teammates and supervisors, sharing best practices and supporting a collaborative work culture.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 19 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Zero or more years of retail experience; enthusiastic first‑timers are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated honesty, friendliness, and a strong work ethic – this role is not intended as a “stepping stone.”
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and cash handling.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise up to 20 kg.
