Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Verifikasi Pemasaran (Marketing Verification Officer) to join our growing team in Marisa, Pohuwato, Gorontalo. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our product portfolio and the market, ensuring that potential customers are thoroughly qualified and that relationships with dealers and end‑users are nurtured for long‑term success. The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional, up to 28 years old, with a high school diploma or higher, a passion for sales targets, and a willingness to travel across the region on a motorcycle.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with third‑party dealers and customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing verification activities.
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of company products, tailoring pitches to meet the specific needs of each prospect.
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to assess the creditworthiness and purchasing power of potential customers.
  • Gather and document market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, to inform strategic decision‑making.
  • Prepare detailed reports and dashboards that track lead conversion rates, sales pipeline health, and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and product development teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified leads.
  • Participate in regional marketing events, product launches, and dealer training sessions to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal data‑privacy policies.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market barriers and opportunities, recommending actionable improvements.

Requirements

  • Maximum age: 28 years.
  • Education: Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) with a preference for D3 or S1 graduates from any discipline.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing is highly desirable, though fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward and exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to convey complex product information clearly.
  • Dynamic, self‑motivated, and able to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
  • Possession of a valid motorcycle and a SIM C driving licence for regional travel.
  • Basic proficiency in B2C marketing, banking product promotion, and customer relationship management tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset for conducting customer feasibility studies and interpreting market data.
