Introduction

Hub Astro is expanding its culinary team in the Tangerang district and is looking for a dedicated Tim Crew Dapur to join our fast‑growing food‑and‑beverage (F&B) hub. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, enjoy meticulous inventory management, and are passionate about delivering high‑quality, ready‑to‑serve meals to our customers. The successful candidate will work closely with kitchen supervisors, ensure smooth daily operations, and uphold the hygiene and safety standards that define Hub Astro’s brand.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to guarantee a seamless flow from food preparation to service.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory with system records to prevent discrepancies.
  • Update inventory, inbound deliveries, and stock levels in the central management system in real‑time.
  • Prepare detailed operational reports (production output, waste, stock variance) for senior management on a weekly basis.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area, adhering to HACCP and local food‑safety regulations.
  • Execute cooking processes from raw ingredient handling to plating of finished menu items, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Prep ingredients (washing, chopping, marinating) ahead of shift start times to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Assist in menu development by providing feedback on ingredient usage, portion control, and cost‑effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast ingredient needs and reduce excess waste.
  • Support shift handovers by briefing incoming crew on outstanding tasks, special orders, and equipment status.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.
  • At least one year of hands‑on experience in the F&B sector, preferably in a kitchen or as a barista.
  • Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including evenings and weekends, across any Hub Astro location.
  • Strong attention to detail, quick decision‑making abilities, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy pots, and perform repetitive tasks safely.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic cooking techniques, stock control, and hygiene practices.
  • Self‑motivated, hard‑working, and capable of handling pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
