We are seeking a dedicated Senior Professional Gardener and Landscape Care Specialist to join our dynamic horticultural team. Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute comprehensive garden layouts, incorporating ornamental plants, seasonal flowers, and decorative shrubs.
- Perform routine maintenance of lawns, including mowing, edging, aeration, and overseeding to promote dense, healthy turf.
- Inspect, prune, and care for a variety of trees and shrubs, applying best‑practice techniques to prevent disease and encourage optimal growth.
- Operate and maintain a full range of gardening tools and equipment such as rotary mowers, hedge trimmers, chainsaws, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and organic mulches according to plant‑specific requirements, while adhering to environmental guidelines.
- Identify common pests and diseases, implement integrated pest‑management strategies, and record treatment outcomes for continual improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers to source high‑quality plants, soils, and horticultural products, ensuring timely delivery and cost‑effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs, pesticide applications, and equipment service schedules.
- Mentor junior gardening staff, providing on‑the‑job training, safety briefings, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with the client services team to understand client expectations, propose enhancements, and deliver personalized landscape solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in ornamental plant care, lawn management, or tree maintenance.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; additional certifications in horticulture or landscape design are a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to operate common gardening tools and equipment safely.
- Fundamental knowledge of fertilization schedules, soil health, and basic pest control methods.
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with a proactive attitude toward plant health issues.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is advantageous.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational requirements.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional flexibility for urgent projects.
