We are seeking a diligent Officer Remedial and Staff Penagihan who will play a pivotal role in maintaining cash flow, safeguarding our asset portfolio, and reinforcing customer relationships. Responsibilities
- Receive the daily visit schedule from the Operations Manager and execute the route efficiently within the assigned geographical area.
- Conduct on‑site visits to borrowers with payment arrears ranging from 1 to 60 days, delivering courteous yet firm collection notices.
- Negotiate repayment plans, explain financing terms, and document any agreements or partial payments accurately.
- Hand over collected cash to the designated teller, ensuring proper receipt documentation and adherence to anti‑money‑laundering procedures.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to receive returned vehicles, verifying that all supporting documents (e.g., title, payment history, inspection reports) are complete and correct.
- When authorized, initiate vehicle repossession following a rigorous administrative checklist, confirming that the asset is indeed financed by Adira Finance and that all legal prerequisites are satisfied.
- Maintain detailed daily reports in the company’s CRM system, highlighting successful collections, challenges encountered, and any escalation needs.
- Collaborate with the credit and legal departments to resolve disputed accounts and support litigation when necessary.
- Participate in weekly debriefings to share best practices, update on collection trends, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 30 years.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong analytical mindset are welcome.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Basic numerical ability to calculate interest, penalties, and outstanding balances.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality of customer data.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic office software (Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Sumenep area.
- Physical stamina to conduct field visits and, when required, assist in vehicle recovery operations.
