This role is essential for maintaining the high‑quality output of our grinding and milling lines, ensuring that every product meets stringent industry standards while supporting a safe and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial grinding and milling machines, adjusting settings to achieve specified tolerances.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment before, during, and after production runs to detect wear, misalignment, or defects.
- Load raw materials and unload finished goods safely, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document production data, including cycle times, output quantities, and any deviations, in the company’s manufacturing system.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians for preventive maintenance and quick troubleshooting of minor mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles to promote efficiency and safety.
- Participate in daily briefings, reporting any safety hazards, quality concerns, or production bottlenecks to supervisors.
- Assist in continuous‑improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, waste reduction, and process optimization.
- Support the training of new staff by demonstrating proper machine operation and safety protocols.
- Comply with all company policies, including environmental regulations, waste handling, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Requirements
- Education: Open to all educational levels (SMA/SMK, D3, S1, or equivalent).
- Age: Maximum 40 years old.
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- Physical fitness to stand for long periods, lift moderate loads (up to 20 kg), and work in a noisy environment.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian and the ability to read technical manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to product quality.
- Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and production methods.
- Understanding of safety standards and a proactive attitude toward workplace safety.
