Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Staf Service dan Dapur to join our newly opening outlet at Lombok Epicentrum Mall in Mataram. This position plays a vital role in delivering high‑quality food service and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. As part of a dynamic F&B team, you will gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced restaurant setting while contributing to the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and plate menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Assist senior chefs with cooking, seasoning, and garnishing dishes during peak service periods.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards, including proper storage, labeling, and temperature control.
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and kitchen tools on a regular basis.
  • Support front‑of‑house staff by delivering orders promptly and handling special guest requests with professionalism.
  • Operate kitchen machinery such as grills, fryers, ovens, and slicers safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist with basic stock rotation.
  • Participate in daily briefings, sharing feedback and suggestions for menu improvement or operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to shift schedules, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as required by business needs.
  • Engage positively with customers when interacting at the service counter, providing courteous assistance and answering menu‑related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 18 years of age; no upper age limit.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a reputable F&B or restaurant environment is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow cleanliness and hygiene standards rigorously.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
  • Professional appearance and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights typical of kitchen duties.
