Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staf Penjualan Kasual dengan Penampilan Santai to join our vibrant retail and food‑beverage team. The successful candidate will work on a shift basis from Monday to Saturday, contributing to sales growth while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations that align with their preferences.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly stocked, labeled, and displayed according to promotional guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts or refunds as required.
- Assist in daily inventory checks, report stock discrepancies, and collaborate with the inventory team to replenish items in a timely manner.
- Participate in weekly briefings to stay updated on new product lines, pricing strategies, and upcoming marketing campaigns.
- Support the implementation of in‑store promotions, loyalty programs, and special events to drive foot traffic and increase average transaction value.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, especially in food‑handling areas.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, product performance, and potential areas for service improvement.
- Work collaboratively with teammates across shifts, sharing knowledge and assisting new staff during onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK; a bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred for career growth.
