This front‑line position plays a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences across all Cibiuk Resto outlets throughout the Greater Jakarta area (JABODETABEK). As part of a dynamic food & beverage (F&B) environment, you will have the opportunity to develop your customer‑service expertise while contributing to a brand that values quality, hospitality, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a professional demeanor.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and provide recommendations that enhance the guest experience.
- Deliver ordered items promptly, ensuring proper presentation, temperature, and completeness.
- Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and resetting tables, and adhering to health‑and‑safety standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, address concerns or complaints swiftly, and coordinate with kitchen staff to resolve issues.
- Upsell special dishes, promotional items, and beverage pairings to increase average check value.
- Assist in inventory checks of tableware, condiments, and service supplies, reporting shortages to the supervisor.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, service etiquette, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with colleagues across all Cibiuk Resto locations, adapting quickly to new outlet layouts and team dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of all ages; no upper limit.
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in the F&B industry and a willingness to work hard.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Willingness to be assigned to any Cibiuk Resto outlet within Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- Demonstrated discipline, a positive attitude, honesty, and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques is advantageous.
