Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and detail‑oriented Officer HR Perusahaan Regional to join our Human Resources team in Palembang. This full‑time position operates Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and offers the opportunity to manage critical HR functions within a fast‑growing regional enterprise. The ideal candidate will blend strong technical knowledge of HRIS platforms—particularly Talenta—with solid experience in recruitment, payroll, and labor‑law compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain employee data, including leave, overtime, attendance, and personal biodata, ensuring accuracy in the Talenta HRIS system.
  • Process payroll calculations and attendance records, guaranteeing timely and error‑free salary disbursement.
  • Draft, review, and renew employment contracts in accordance with company policy and prevailing labor regulations.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle: posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting psychometric tests, and facilitating onboarding.
  • Manage employee absences, leave approvals, and related documentation while upholding company policies.
  • Oversee BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan enrollment, contributions, and claim processes, staying current with updates to the UU Cipta Kerja and related statutes.
  • Develop and update job descriptions, task assignments, and performance expectations for all staff members.
  • Monitor employee discipline, investigate violations, and enforce corrective actions consistent with company guidelines.
  • Process employee requests for permits, travel authorizations, and other HR‑related approvals in a timely manner.
  • Support general office operations, including coordination with facilities, procurement, and administrative services to ensure a smooth workplace environment.
  • Perform other HRD duties as required, such as employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and HR reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of proven HR experience, with a minimum of 1 year using the Talenta HRIS platform.
  • Proficiency with psychometric testing tools and the ability to interpret results for recruitment decisions.
  • Hands‑on experience managing recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Solid understanding of attendance management, payroll processing, and employee record keeping.
  • Expertise in administering BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan, and a strong grasp of Indonesian labor law, including the UU Cipta Kerja.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a reputation for being meticulous, proactive, and organized.
  • Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment, demonstrating strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Residence in Palembang or willingness to relocate to Palembang.
