Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Account Executive – WiFi to join our dynamic sales team in Bogor. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador of our high‑speed internet and WiFi solutions, engaging directly with residential and small‑business customers through door‑to‑door outreach. The successful candidate will combine a passion for technology with strong interpersonal skills to drive adoption of our service packages, meet aggressive sales targets, and contribute to the rapid growth of our market share in the region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door visits to prospective customers, presenting our internet/WiFi products with confidence and clarity.
- Explain product features, service packages, promotional offers, and the tangible benefits of reliable connectivity in a persuasive manner.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a positive experience that encourages referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company, tracking performance against KPIs.
- Perform accurate needs analysis to match customers with the most suitable service plans.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and promotional incentives while maintaining company profitability.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions effectively.
- Submit daily activity reports, sales logs, and customer feedback through the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support and installation teams to ensure seamless service activation.
- Adapt quickly to changing market conditions, handling objections and pressure situations with professionalism.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; diploma or higher is a plus (copy of diploma required).
- Age between 18 and 35 years (flexible up to 45 years for experienced candidates).
- At least 6 months–1 year of proven sales experience in the Internet Service Provider (ISP) sector, preferably with WiFi solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; ability to explain technical concepts in layman’s terms.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
- Results‑driven mindset; comfortable working under target pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
- Willingness to be stationed in the designated service area of Bogor and travel locally as needed.
- Proficiency with basic sales tools, mobile devices, and CRM platforms.
- Open to both male and female candidates; gender is not a factor in selection.
