Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin Keuangan – Area Hulu Sungai to join our dynamic finance team. This full‑time position is based in the thriving commercial hub of Hulu Sungai and offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial health. The successful candidate will work closely with senior finance managers, procurement, and operations to ensure that all monetary transactions are accurately recorded, monitored, and reported.
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor daily financial transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), ensuring timely posting and proper documentation.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients, follow up on outstanding balances, and coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Track incoming payments, reconcile them with bank statements, and guarantee that all payments are received and processed on schedule.
- Generate periodic financial reports—daily cash position, weekly aging analysis, monthly profit‑and‑loss statements, and quarterly balance sheets—while maintaining data integrity.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, ledger entries, and inter‑company transactions to identify and correct variances.
- Control cash flow by forecasting short‑term liquidity needs, monitoring operational expenses, and suggesting cost‑saving measures.
- Collaborate with the procurement department to verify vendor invoices, validate contract terms, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audit schedules, and regulatory submissions as required by local authorities.
- Provide analytical support for budgeting cycles, highlighting trends and recommending adjustments to improve financial performance.
- Maintain confidential financial records, enforce data security protocols, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Gender: Female (preference for single candidates to ensure flexibility with shift patterns).
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Professional experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in finance, specifically handling AR & AP processes.
- Proficient in financial analysis, data interpretation, and statistical reporting.
- Strong knowledge of cash‑flow management, budgeting, and expense control.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- High level of accuracy, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local ERP systems) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional overtime during month‑end closing periods.
