Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and escort them to their tables, presenting menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery to the table.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including dietary accommodations and pairings.
- Monitor tables throughout service, refill drinks, address additional requests, and anticipate guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting and clearing tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring a tidy environment.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue accurate receipts.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, participating in regular training and inspections.
- Collect feedback from guests and report any recurring concerns to management for continuous improvement.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings and post‑service debriefings to stay aligned with daily goals and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 18 years or older; candidates must be able to work legally in Indonesia.
- Gender: Female applicants for the Server position; male applicants for Kitchen support roles.
- Prior experience in restaurant service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; fresh graduates with strong customer‑service orientation are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey menu details clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional holidays or special events.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes as needed.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
