Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Administrator Administrasi Cabang Caruban to join our dynamic team. This full‑time position supports the daily operations of our Caruban branch, ensuring smooth administrative processes and providing exceptional service to both staff and the children we serve. The ideal candidate will be a detail‑oriented individual with a genuine passion for working in a child‑focused environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front‑desk activities, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and billing information using our internal management system.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports, schedules, and memos to branch staff and senior management.
  • Coordinate with teachers and support staff to ensure classroom resources and supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and assist the finance team with month‑end reconciliations.
  • Organize and archive physical and digital documents in compliance with company policies and data‑privacy regulations.
  • Assist in planning and executing parent‑teacher meetings, community events, and promotional activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, preparing onboarding materials, and maintaining employee records.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting workflow enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in working with children and the patience to handle a lively environment.
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to convey information clearly and courteously.
  • High level of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
  • No current employment contract with another company.
  • Willingness to enter into a contractual employment agreement.
  • Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarization with administrative software.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
