Responsibilities
- Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently, strictly following the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain friendly, professional relationships with guests, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly.
- Present each dish with consistent quality, proper portioning, and appealing plating in accordance with SOP guidelines.
- Keep the outlet clean, organized, and ready for service at all times, including regular sanitizing of workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking of supplies, and proper storage of raw ingredients to minimize waste.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and ensure accurate order entry into the POS system.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and supervisors to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations, conducting routine temperature checks and proper waste disposal.
- Participate in shift handovers, reporting any issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
- Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 26 years.
