Introduction

The Officer Marketing & Verifikasi (MVO) position is a pivotal role based in Bagan Batu, focused on driving sales growth and ensuring the suitability of potential customers for our multi‑product portfolio. As a member of our dynamic marketing team, you will act as the primary liaison between the company, its dealers, and end‑customers, fostering strong relationships while meeting ambitious sales targets. This role offers a balanced mix of field work, analytical assessments, and customer engagement, ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a target‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with third‑party partners, including dealers and customers, to support brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Promote and sell a diversified range of products, tailoring presentations to meet the unique needs of each prospect.
  • Conduct thorough feasibility analyses and on‑site surveys to evaluate the creditworthiness and purchasing potential of prospective customers.
  • Prepare detailed reports on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal sales, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless order processing and after‑sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field is preferred.
  • Maximum age: 28 years.
  • Gender: Male (as per current recruitment policy).
  • Entry‑level candidates are welcome; however, prior experience in sales or marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and able to adapt to a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Own a motorbike and hold a valid SIM C to facilitate travel between dealer locations and customer sites.
  • Basic competency in debt collection processes and the ability to negotiate payment terms when necessary.
