Introduction
PT BCA Finance is seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team at the Tangerang branch. This frontline position plays a crucial role in expanding our market presence, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering exceptional financial solutions to both existing and prospective customers. The successful candidate will operate primarily in the Tangerang area, engaging with clients, conducting on‑site assessments, and contributing directly to the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Promote BCA Finance products and services, actively seeking new business opportunities to broaden the company’s market reach.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners, merchants, and other stakeholders who interact with BCA Finance.
- Conduct field surveys and perform detailed analysis of consumer creditworthiness and loan eligibility.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular progress reports.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and financial documentation to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (UU No. 27/2022) and internal data‑handling policies.
- Participate in community outreach events and financial literacy programs to enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the company’s CRM system.
- Provide post‑sale support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4/S1 from any discipline with a GPA of at least 2.50.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess financial data and consumer eligibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with diverse partners.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working in the field; willingness to travel within Tangerang and surrounding areas.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a personal motorcycle for commuting.
- Residency in Tangerang or nearby regions is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis, and familiarity with CRM tools.
