Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide product recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food items following the company’s standard operating procedures, maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Handle cash transactions, process electronic payments, and reconcile daily sales reports with attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café floor, dining area, and back‑of‑house spaces, including regular sanitization and waste management.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive deliveries, and assist in restocking supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Support opening and closing routines, such as setting up equipment, checking equipment functionality, and securing the premises.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve service targets, resolve customer issues promptly, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new menu items, safety protocols, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: up to 30 years old (flexible based on experience).
- Strong work ethic with a “hard‑working” attitude and a serious approach to responsibilities.
- Available for full‑time work; not currently enrolled in studies or holding another job that could interfere with schedule.
- Excellent communication skills, responsiveness, initiative, and a genuine caring attitude toward customers and colleagues.
- Residency near the café location to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Basic familiarity with store management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
