Responsibilities
- Prepare a wide range of espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages in accordance with company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work environment, including regular sanitisation of equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; perform daily stock checks and communicate restocking needs to the supervisor.
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to each customer, answering questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Operate and troubleshoot espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee‑making equipment, performing routine maintenance and reporting any technical issues.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth shift transitions, assist in training new staff, and contribute ideas for menu improvements.
- Handle cash transactions, process digital payments, and accurately record sales using the point‑of‑sale system.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, and follow the directions given by supervisors or managers.
- Stay flexible with scheduling, including the ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts as business demands dictate.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Demonstrated traits of diligence, honesty, discipline, and responsibility.
- Attention to detail, cleanliness, and a tidy work style.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with both team members and individual customers.
- Capable of performing well under pressure during peak service periods.
- Willingness to follow managerial directions and continuously improve service standards.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with availability on weekends and public holidays.
- Basic barista skills, including knowledge of espresso extraction, milk frothing, and latte art.
