Responsibilities
- Identify and proactively approach potential customers with tailored financing products.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with automotive dealers, showrooms, and end‑customers to generate a steady pipeline of credit applications.
- Collect, verify, and assess all required documentation for credit submissions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Conduct on‑site surveys at the applicant’s residence or workplace to validate information and assess repayment capacity.
- Analyze creditworthiness using quantitative and qualitative methods, preparing detailed risk assessments and recommendation reports.
- Prepare comprehensive survey reports and present credit recommendations to the approval committee.
- Follow up diligently with applicants throughout the approval process, ensuring timely completion of all steps.
- Monitor loan disbursement and repayment performance, flagging any early signs of delinquency.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, measured by the number of bookings and successful credit disbursements.
- Collaborate closely with underwriting, legal, and collections teams to streamline the end‑to‑end credit process.
- Continuously update market intelligence on competitor offerings, emerging financing trends, and customer preferences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 30 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Open to all genders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to negotiate effectively.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related financial services role (preferred but not mandatory).
- Possession of a valid motorcycle and an active SIM C driving licence.
- Highly target‑oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office) and familiar with credit assessment tools.
- Demonstrated analytical mindset and attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
