Introduction

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all indoor areas, such as dining floors, countertops, and kitchen workstations, following Elkafe’s strict hygiene standards.
- Ensure outdoor zones—including entryways, patios, and surrounding walkways—are free of debris, litter, and hazardous spills.
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of restrooms, replenishing supplies and monitoring for any maintenance issues.
- Regularly clean and disinfect equipment, furniture, and operational facilities to prevent cross‑contamination.
- Conduct daily inspections to verify that all areas remain tidy, organized, and hygienic for both customers and staff.
- Support the daily operational cleaning schedule, adapting to peak periods and special events with flexibility.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the supervisor, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, requesting replenishment as needed to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to execute deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal sanitation.
- Adhere to proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment, following safety data sheets and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in professional cleaning or facility maintenance; related experience is a strong advantage.
