Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Graphic Designer – Creative Visual Development to join our fast‑growing design team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who possess a strong command of graphic design software, especially CorelDRAW and Photoshop, and who are eager to contribute fresh, imaginative concepts to a variety of branding and marketing projects.
The successful candidate will work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, collaborating closely with marketing, product, and development teams to produce eye‑catching visual assets that reinforce our brand identity across both digital and print media.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and produce high‑quality graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and packaging.
- Develop and maintain visual style guides to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and product managers to translate strategic goals into compelling visual solutions.
- Prepare print‑ready files, manage color profiles, and oversee production workflows with external vendors.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging design tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the creative output.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during design reviews.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh ideas that push the boundaries of conventional design.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements
- Male, unmarried, maximum age of 25 years (flexible for exceptional talent).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; any study major is acceptable.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, with a strong focus on CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop.
- Ability to work full‑day shifts (8 hours per day) from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Saturday.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
- Highly creative, imaginative, and detail‑oriented.
- Enthusiastic, diligent, and able to thrive under pressure.
