Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Human Resources (HR) to join our growing team. This full‑time position is based in our regional office and will support both local and out‑of‑city operations as needed. The ideal candidate is a proactive, honest female professional aged between 30 and 35 who possesses strong leadership qualities and a solid foundation in either law or psychology. With a minimum of two years of hands‑on HR experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, ensuring compliance, and driving talent development across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, personal data, and performance evaluations, in accordance with local labor regulations.
  • Administer payroll and benefits enrollment, ensuring timely processing and addressing any employee inquiries.
  • Support the development and delivery of onboarding programs that accelerate new‑hire integration and productivity.
  • Facilitate employee training initiatives, track participation, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning outcomes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing guidance on company policies.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting turnover trends, staffing needs, and compliance status.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of performance appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and consistency.
  • Organize and lead employee engagement activities, such as wellness programs, recognition events, and team‑building workshops.
  • Travel to satellite offices or project sites when required to provide on‑site HR support and ensure consistent policy application.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
  • Age: 30‑35 years old.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Law or Psychology.
  • Work Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or general HR administration.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, manage projects, and influence stakeholders positively.
  • Integrity: High level of honesty and professionalism in handling confidential employee information.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel outside the city when business needs arise.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic payroll systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, problem‑solving mindset, and a customer‑service orientation.
