Responsibilities

- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, diaper changes, and restroom visits, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
- Monitor children’s health, promptly report any concerns to senior staff, and administer basic first‑aid when necessary.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child’s progress, behavior, and any notable incidents.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and daily activity logs in accordance with center policies.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to support curriculum implementation and individualized learning plans.
- Ensure compliance with local licensing regulations, health standards, and internal safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance child development knowledge and caregiving techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Passion for working with children and the ability to design fun, educational games.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of child safety, first aid, and hygiene practices.
