The role is open to all genders and requires a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification. Candidates must be under 26 years of age, single, and possess their own motorbike for commuting.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the outlet according to established procedures, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels by receiving deliveries, stocking shelves, and conducting regular stock counts.
- Ensure product displays are attractive, properly labeled, and aligned with merchandising guidelines.
- Provide courteous and efficient service to customers, addressing inquiries, processing returns, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with teammates to execute promotional activities, seasonal sales events, and special in‑store campaigns.
- Monitor store cleanliness, organize back‑room areas, and enforce health and safety standards.
- Report any operational issues, equipment malfunctions, or loss‑prevention concerns to the store manager.
- Utilize basic computer and mobile applications for inventory management and communication with the head office.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑26 years old, single status preferred.
