To support our continued growth, we are seeking a reliable Petugas Penjagaan Toko dan Pelayanan Pelanggan (Store Guard & Customer Service Officer). This role combines the responsibilities of safeguarding our showroom, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a secure environment by monitoring entrances, conducting regular patrols, and managing access control systems.
- Open and close the store according to schedule, including cash drawer reconciliation and safety checks.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering technical questions about ceramic and granite specifications, and providing product recommendations.
- Handle product inquiries and conduct live demonstrations or reviews on social media platforms, enhancing brand visibility.
- Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure stock levels are accurate and display areas are well‑maintained.
- Process transactions, issue receipts, and manage returns while adhering to company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on foot traffic, sales activity, and any security incidents.
- Collaborate closely with teammates to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
- Support promotional events, including setting up displays and assisting during product launch presentations.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) and inventory management systems with high accuracy.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any field.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: open to all genders, though the current opening emphasizes female candidates residing near Jombang.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, preferably in the ceramic or granite industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confidence in speaking to customers and on live social‑media streams.
- Strong sense of honesty, discipline, agility, and responsibility.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to perform under pressure and maintain composure during busy periods.
- In‑frame (professional appearance) and a confident demeanor are essential.
