Responsibilities
- Deliver clear and persuasive explanations of our product portfolio to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and guiding callers through the sales process.
- Develop and maintain an accurate customer database, ensuring that contact information and interaction notes are up‑to‑date.
- Conduct regular customer surveys to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align telemarketing scripts with current campaigns and promotional offers.
- Track key performance indicators such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality, reporting results to supervisors.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices in telemarketing.
- Adhere to compliance standards and company policies regarding data privacy and customer communication.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
