Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and results‑driven Field Collector to join our growing operations in the Bolaang Mongondow Utara region. The successful candidate will be the face of our organization on the ground, responsible for building strong relationships with customers while ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers throughout the assigned territory to initiate and follow up on payment collections.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements in a professional, courteous manner, respecting both company policy and customer circumstances.
- Collect cash, checks, or electronic payment confirmations and verify the accuracy of each transaction.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly visit reports, including payment status, customer feedback, and any escalated issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the geographic area, including key commercial zones, residential clusters, and local transportation routes.
- Coordinate with the central credit control team to update account records and flag delinquent accounts for further action.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection, data privacy, and vehicle operation.
- Identify opportunities to improve collection efficiency, such as route optimization or the use of mobile reporting tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving disputes to preserve the company’s reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a collector or field sales representative, preferably in the financial or utility sector.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and own two‑wheel vehicle for field mobility.
- Strong knowledge of the Bolaang Mongondow Utara area, including local businesses and residential neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily collection targets.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and ethical collection practices.
