Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Officer Senior – Manajemen Akun dan Pelayanan to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to develop expertise in account management, client servicing, and sales support. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account‑related inquiries.
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories, preparing proposals and negotiating terms to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of any issues.
- Prepare regular performance reports, forecast sales pipelines, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable recommendations to improve the company’s market positioning.
- Conduct client training sessions, product demonstrations, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and encourage repeat business.
- Assist in the development of promotional campaigns, contributing ideas that align with the overall brand strategy.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; candidates from non‑business backgrounds are welcome.
- Gender: Male (as per the specific requirement of this position).
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in marketing or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Key Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation abilities, proven capability to achieve sales targets, and a keen interest in marketing.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 16:30.
