Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Staf Produksi – Pengawasan dan Koordinasi Operasional to join our fast‑growing manufacturing team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that production lines run smoothly, that quality standards are consistently met, and that daily operations are coordinated efficiently across shifts. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between floor workers, supervisors, and management, helping to drive productivity while maintaining a safe and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of workstations, equipment, and raw material handling to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the planning department to allocate resources, adjust workloads, and resolve bottlenecks in real time.
- Assist in training new hires during the onboarding period and provide ongoing coaching to improve team performance.
- Prepare and submit accurate production reports, including output volumes, downtime analysis, and variance explanations.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify defects, implement corrective actions, and track improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication channels between shift leaders, maintenance staff, and senior management to facilitate rapid decision‑making.
- Support inventory control by monitoring raw material usage, reporting shortages, and assisting with stock reconciliation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects, offering creative suggestions for workflow optimization and cost reduction.
- Uphold company policies regarding punctuality, dress code, and professional conduct, serving as a role model for peers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 24 years or younger; candidates must be single.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong personal discipline: adheres to the five daily prayers, presents a neat and attractive appearance, and demonstrates honesty, friendliness, and responsibility.
- Excellent teamwork abilities combined with the capacity to work independently when needed.
- Willingness to undergo a structured training period and sign a contractual employment agreement.
- Basic creativity in cake production or related food‑service processes is a plus.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, spreadsheet management) for reporting purposes.
