Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Tenaga Ahli Teknik Sipil (Civil Engineering Specialist) to join our dynamic infrastructure team. This senior‑level position is responsible for planning, supervising, and delivering complex construction projects such as roads, bridges, and high‑rise buildings across the region. The successful candidate will bring a solid technical foundation, hands‑on experience with modern engineering software, and a proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates, for civil infrastructure works.
- Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of engineering drawings, specifications, and technical sub‑missions.
- Conduct structural analyses using tools such as SAP2000 and ensure designs comply with local codes and international standards.
- Implement rigorous quality control procedures to verify that all construction activities meet prescribed technical and safety standards.
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and key stakeholders to maintain seamless communication.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare detailed progress reports for senior management and clients.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Lead site inspections, resolve technical issues on‑site, and ensure strict adherence to K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) regulations.
- Mentor junior engineers and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Prepare and present final project documentation, including as‑built drawings and handover packages.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in construction of towers, bridges, roads, or building projects.
- Strong understanding of fundamental construction principles and structural load calculations.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), structural analysis tools (SAP2000), and BIM modeling.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Ability to develop accurate cost estimations and material specifications for concrete and steel.
- Comprehensive knowledge of K3 safety standards and experience applying them on construction sites.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:30 – 17:00.
