We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur – Pengelola Persiapan dan Penyajian Makanan to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, and food processors, ensuring proper sanitation after each use.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, receive deliveries, and store food items following FIFO (first‑in, first‑out) principles.
- Monitor food safety protocols, including temperature controls, cross‑contamination prevention, and proper labeling.
- Assist in menu planning and suggest improvements based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Provide training or mentorship to junior kitchen assistants on proper cooking techniques and equipment usage.
- Document daily production reports, noting any issues with supplies, equipment, or staffing.
- Participate in periodic kitchen audits and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
