Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company recipes and standards.

- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and recommending specialty drinks.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, performing regular cleaning cycles and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring timely service without compromising quality.
- Assist in inventory control, receiving deliveries, and rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on coffee brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service excellence.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on equipment performance and suggest improvements to workflow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 32 years old.
