We are seeking a motivated and skilled Beauty Therapist (Professional Beautician) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments including facials, slimming procedures, and nail services (manicures, pedicures, nail art) with precision and care.
- Conduct initial client consultations to assess skin type, concerns, and desired outcomes, providing personalized treatment recommendations.
- Educate clients on after‑care routines, product usage, and lifestyle tips that enhance treatment results.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well‑organized treatment environment in accordance with local health regulations and company SOPs.
- Promote and upsell complementary treatments and retail products, contributing to the outlet’s sales targets.
- Accurately document service notes, client preferences, and inventory usage in the salon’s management system.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, inventory ordering, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current with industry trends and new techniques.
- Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, reception staff, and management to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive brand experience.
- Handle client feedback professionally, resolving concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20‑35 years.
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; graduates of SMK Beauty & Cosmetology programmes are strongly preferred.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in facial, slimming, or nail services. Fresh graduates with relevant certification are welcome.
- Proven ability to perform facial treatments, nail design, and basic slimming techniques safely and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time‑management capabilities.
- Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support outlet operations beyond core treatment duties.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to hygiene standards.
