Introduction
We are a fast‑growing retail outlet seeking enthusiastic sales staff to join our team at multiple locations, including Kediri, Campurdarat, Bandung, and Tulungagung. As a Karyawati Penjualan di Outlet Retail, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional service, managing product flow, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, guiding them to suitable products and answering product‑related queries.
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise, and ensuring promotional displays are up‑to‑date.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, credit, and mobile payments, and issue receipts.
- Conduct daily inventory checks, report discrepancies, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit shift reports, including sales figures, stock levels, and any incidents that occurred during the shift.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting peers.
- Transport merchandise between the Tulungagung city hub and outlet locations (Karangrejo, Karangsono) as required, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 30 years old, with a focus on female candidates but open to all genders.
- Must not be currently enrolled as a full‑time student; university students in semester 6 or later may apply.
- Valid motor vehicle and driver’s license; personal transportation is required for shift commutes and merchandise handling.
- Willingness to travel directly from Kediri, Campurdarat, or Bandung to the assigned outlet.
- Residence in or near Tulungagung city is preferred, with the ability to pick up and deliver goods to Karangrejo and Karangsono during shift changes.
- Honest, responsible, and motivated to work full‑time (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and POS software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
