Responsibilities

- Serve meals and drinks with precision, adhering to proper portion sizes, plating standards, and timing.
- Monitor table settings throughout service, refilling glasses, clearing dishes, and maintaining a clean, inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate seamless service flow, especially during peak hours.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, process bills, and provide detailed receipts.
- Address guest inquiries, resolve complaints professionally, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, wine pairings, and promotional offers to upsell effectively.
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food and beverage items.
- Participate in pre‑service briefings, post‑service debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, but enthusiastic newcomers are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Demonstrated honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Resilience under pressure, with the capacity to manage multiple tables during busy periods.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during special events.
