This role is critical for safeguarding our cash liquidity, overseeing treasury operations, and ensuring that all financial transactions align with the highest standards of accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash‑flow forecasting, monitoring, and optimization to guarantee sufficient liquidity for ongoing projects and operational needs.
- Oversee all banking relationships, including transaction processing, bank reconciliations, and periodic settlement activities, ensuring they are performed accurately and on schedule.
- Supervise the recording of all financial transactions, verifying that entries comply with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and distribute timely financial statements and management reports that serve as the basis for strategic decision‑making.
- Implement robust control procedures to detect and prevent errors, fraud, and compliance breaches across the finance function.
- Collaborate closely with Project Management, Sales, and Operations teams to streamline financial processes, resolve issues, and support cross‑functional initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of treasury best practices, tax regulations, and emerging financial technologies that could enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
- Professional certifications such as Brevet A & B, CPA, or CA are highly desirable.
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Demonstrated expertise in cash‑flow management, treasury operations, and bank administration.
- Prior experience in the property development or real‑estate sector is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external banking partners.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
