We are seeking a motivated Administrator Administrasi Operasional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day functioning of our office operations, handling everything from document control to coordinating with internal departments. Responsibilities
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring timely distribution and proper filing.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, office supplies, and equipment, coordinating re‑orders and tracking usage.
- Prepare routine reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key operational metrics.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment process by handling candidate documentation, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant databases.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering courteous and informative assistance.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve administrative issues and ensure seamless workflow.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and adhere to data protection policies.
- Work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday (08:00 – 17:00), and be prepared to manage workload during peak periods.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in an administrative or operational support role.
- Open to all genders; the position welcomes both male and female applicants.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Demonstrated honesty, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

- Basic computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
