Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Penjualan Kartu Kredit Korporat to join our sales team and represent our credit card portfolio at high‑traffic exhibitions, malls, and corporate events. This full‑time position operates Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, and offers a vibrant environment where you will directly influence the growth of our consumer base. Candidates must be under 35 years old, possess a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK/Sederajat), and have at least one year of proven sales or marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Exhibition Sales Activity: Actively approach visitors, present the features, benefits, and promotional offers of our credit cards, and encourage on‑site applications.
  • New Customer Acquisition: Meet daily and monthly acquisition targets by collecting qualified leads, managing prospect pipelines, and conducting timely follow‑ups.
  • Product Education: Provide clear, responsible usage guidance, answer queries, and overcome objections with persuasive communication.
  • Administration & Verification: Assist applicants in completing forms, verify documentation accuracy, and input data into the CRM or relevant systems.
  • Booth Management: Keep the exhibition booth tidy, attractive, and aligned with brand standards; prepare brochures, banners, and promotional gimmicks.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow sales representatives and supervisors, participate in pre‑event briefings, and contribute to post‑event debriefs.
  • Performance Reporting: Compile daily reports on prospects, applications, and target achievements; deliver market feedback to improve future campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence: Observe competitor activities during events, gather insights on customer preferences, and relay actionable information to the product team.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving credit‑card regulations, fraud prevention measures, and emerging fintech trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK/Sederajat.
  • Age limit: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all.
  • At least 1 year of sales or marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident public speaking, and a professional appearance.
  • Target‑oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to work flexibly at various event locations such as malls, expos, and corporate fairs.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and familiarity with CRM or data‑entry systems.
  • Clean SLIK (Credit Information System) record.
  • Soft skills: adaptability to technology, strong networking capability, analytical thinking regarding competition and sales performance, and a customer‑centric attitude.
