PT SPX Express is expanding its operations in the strategic region of Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatra Selatan, and is seeking a dynamic Hub Lead to oversee the end‑to‑end flow of parcels at our Tungkal Ilir hub. Responsibilities
- Monitor and guarantee on‑time delivery of parcels, from initial pickup through to customer hand‑off.
- Coordinate daily operations with Warehouse, Line Haul, and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to align schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
- Implement safeguards to minimize the risk of lost or damaged shipments, including regular audits and process reviews.
- Oversee all hub transactions, ensuring data integrity and timely reconciliation of inbound and outbound movements.
- Supervise inbound and outbound activities, optimizing dock utilization, loading sequences, and route planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop hub staff, conducting performance reviews, providing on‑the‑job training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on‑time delivery rate, shipment accuracy, and hub throughput, presenting insights to senior management.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local labor laws.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for advanced reporting, trend analysis, and forecasting of hub capacity needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring swift resolution and preserving brand reputation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or coordinator experience within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience in Last Mile and/or First Mile operations.
- Strong understanding of planning, shipping, and warehousing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset, capable of making quick decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Tungkal Ilir, Banyuasin, Sumatra Selatan.
- Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; additional years strengthen candidacy.
