Responsibilities

- Supervise and mentor junior cooks and kitchen assistants, providing hands‑on training in knife skills, sauce preparation, and proper use of international cooking equipment.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and sanitation procedures, conducting regular kitchen inspections and corrective actions when needed.
- Manage inventory of exotic spices, specialty ingredients, and kitchen tools, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost‑effective purchasing.
- Control kitchen costs by monitoring portion sizes, waste reduction, and efficient workflow, contributing to overall profitability.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluation of kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
- Handle special dietary requests, including gluten‑free, vegan, and allergen‑free preparations, while maintaining the integrity of international flavor profiles.

Requirements
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Age: Minimum 23 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; culinary school certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience: At least 2–3 years of professional experience in an international or upscale kitchen environment.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic proficiency in English to understand recipes and interact with diverse staff.
- Proven ability to operate and maintain a variety of kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, deep‑fryers, and specialty tools for Asian, Mediterranean, and Latin American cuisines.
- Excellent personal presentation and a professional demeanor, reflecting the brand’s high standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday schedule, 08:00‑17:00).
