Introduction
Kidz Cabang, a leading provider of child‑focused retail and educational services in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Fasilitator Pengembangan Kompetensi Karyawan to join our fast‑growing team. This role is pivotal in nurturing the skills, confidence, and performance of our front‑line staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our young customers and their families. The successful candidate will work closely with store managers and the corporate learning & development team to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with Kidz Cabang’s brand values and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate engaging training sessions on product knowledge, customer service excellence, and store operations.
- Conduct needs‑analysis surveys and performance assessments to identify skill gaps among employees.
- Develop customized learning materials—including presentations, handouts, and e‑learning modules—tailored to the retail environment.
- Coach and mentor staff on communication, sales techniques, and problem‑solving, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with store managers to schedule training activities that minimize disruption to daily operations (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Track training attendance, evaluate learning outcomes, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay current with industry trends, retail best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the curriculum fresh and relevant.
- Assist in the rollout of new product lines and promotional campaigns by providing rapid, on‑the‑job learning support.
- Support the implementation of the Store Management System (Sistem Manajemen Toko) and ensure staff proficiency.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating confidence, energy, creativity, and strong communication skills in every interaction.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan).
- Age: Maximum 27 years.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for learning are encouraged to apply.
- Core competencies: confidence, high energy, strong communication, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Technical skill: Familiarity with basic retail management systems (Sistem Manajemen Toko) is a plus.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, at the designated Kidz Cabang branch.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
