We are seeking a dedicated Professional Nurse to join our dynamic team at a leading hospital in Kebumen. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, wound dressing, and patient education.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and surgeries while ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records using hospital information systems.
- Participate in daily shift handovers, documenting patient status and any changes in treatment plans.
- Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors, therapists, and social workers.
- Monitor and report any adverse events or patient safety concerns to the quality assurance team.
- Engage in continuous professional development through in‑house training, workshops, and certification programs.
- Contribute to health promotion activities, community outreach, and patient counseling on disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, national health regulations, and ethical standards of nursing practice.
Requirements
- Citizenship: Indonesian national.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; nursing certification (STR) accredited or in the process of accreditation.
- Residency: Local residence preferred; candidates residing in Kebumen will be given priority.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations and familiar with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, teamwork, critical thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
