We are seeking a motivated Pramuniaga Penjualan to join our dynamic retail team in Situbondo. As a front‑line sales associate, you will be the face of the store, helping customers find the right products, providing knowledgeable advice, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assess their needs to recommend appropriate merchandise.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring price tags are accurate.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately using the store’s point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and follow up on any service issues to guarantee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Promote current promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal sales to drive revenue.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share sales insights, and suggest improvements for store operations.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, safety, and loss prevention.
- Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study to become an expert in the store’s assortment.
- Assist in visual merchandising projects, ensuring that window displays and in‑store layouts reflect brand standards.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to candidates of any age (no upper limit).
- Gender: All genders are welcome.
- Experience: No prior retail experience required; we provide training.
