Our outlet serves a vibrant community in the Talang Banjar area, offering a menu of authentic Thai tea drinks, specialty coffees, and light snacks. As a barista, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a perfectly prepared drink.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of Thai tea beverages, coffee drinks, and seasonal specials according to standardized recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, taking orders, answering menu questions, and recommending products.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate low‑stock items to management.
- Participate in daily opening and closing procedures, including equipment cleaning, cash reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support promotional activities, such as limited‑time offers, loyalty programs, and in‑store events.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a harmonious work environment and achieve sales targets.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and barista techniques through on‑the‑job training and workshops.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 23 years old or younger.

- Possess a valid personal vehicle for reliable transportation to the Talang Banjar area.
- Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or a willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in food & beverage service or barista work is a plus, but not required.
- Commitment to punctuality, attendance, and teamwork.
