Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Remedial Officer to join our team in Ngawi, Jawa Timur. This pivotal role focuses on managing overdue accounts receivable (A/R) and ensuring timely collection to support the financial health of our multifinance operations. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical abilities with excellent interpersonal skills to negotiate and resolve delinquent accounts while upholding the highest standards of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans, ensuring all activities are completed within the stipulated timelines.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly A/R aging reports and identify high‑risk accounts for immediate action.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans and resolve disputes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Credit, Legal, and Operations departments to align collection strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular performance dashboards to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as recovery rate, delinquency trends, and cash flow impact.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all collection activities in the company’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce cycle time and increase recovery efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and on‑the‑job training to junior staff members, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related financial services role (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
  • High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Male candidates only, with an age limit of 29 years (maximum).
  • Willingness to work in Ngawi Regency, aligning with the candidate’s domicile.
  • Proficient in credit and collection software; strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
