Responsibilities

  • Follow up diligently on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries to convert prospects into signed contracts.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities, quotations, and closing dates.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service‑level agreements while safeguarding company margins.
  • Collaborate with technical and installation teams to guarantee seamless onboarding and prompt service activation for new customers.
  • Provide ongoing post‑sale support, addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and identifying upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Age between 18 and 45 years.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal motor vehicle for field activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
  • Result‑oriented attitude with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and mobile communication tools.
