Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Operasional Packing Permen to join our dynamic production team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our confectionery products are packaged efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packing machinery, ensuring consistent output and adherence to production schedules.
- Inspect incoming raw materials and finished candy products for visual defects, weight compliance, and proper labeling.
- Maintain accurate production logs, including batch numbers, quantities packed, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to implement corrective actions when quality issues arise.
- Follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to meet food‑industry regulations and prevent contamination.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of packaging lines for different candy varieties and seasonal promotions.
- Participate in daily briefings, reporting any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Support inventory management by performing regular stock counts of packaging materials and notifying the procurement department of reorder needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Contribute ideas for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost‑saving initiatives during continuous‑improvement meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female (as specified by the employer).
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Prior experience in a packing or production environment is preferred, though entry‑level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Basic technical aptitude for operating and troubleshooting packing equipment.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak seasons.
