Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate wellness workshops, stress‑management seminars, and resilience‑building activities for employees across all departments.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, providing confidential support for personal or work‑related concerns.
- Assess workplace climate through surveys, focus groups, and observation, then translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
- Collaborate with HR to integrate psychological insights into recruitment, onboarding, performance‑appraisal, and talent‑development processes.
- Design and maintain an internal resource library that includes articles, e‑learning modules, and toolkits on mental‑health topics.
- Monitor and report key metrics such as employee engagement scores, absenteeism rates, and turnover trends, highlighting the impact of wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide guidance to managers on handling conflict, promoting inclusive communication, and fostering a psychologically safe culture.
- Assist in the creation of policies related to work‑life balance, flexible scheduling, and remote‑work accommodations.
- Stay current with industry best practices, legal regulations, and emerging research in occupational psychology.
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and program participation while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Counseling, Human Resources Development, or a related field from a reputable PTN/PTS.
- GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Age limit: maximum 28 years.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with staff at all levels.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, coaching, and facilitating group activities.

- Residency in Solo or surrounding areas (Solo Raya) is required for on‑site presence.
- Basic administrative skills and proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace).
