Introduction
Pro Beauty Care, a leading distributor of cosmetics and beauty equipment since 2017, is expanding its e‑commerce team. We are seeking a dedicated Administrator Toko Online (E‑Commerce Marketplace Admin) to manage our presence on major online platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada. This role is essential to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers and to support the rapid growth of our digital sales channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on PC for Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, including product listing creation, price updates, and promotional campaigns.
- Process incoming orders promptly, verify order details, and coordinate accurate and efficient packing for dispatch.
- Maintain real‑time inventory records by updating stock levels for incoming shipments and outgoing sales, using Google Sheets and Excel.
- Handle returns and exchanges, inspect returned items for damage, and determine appropriate disposition (restock, refurbish, or discard).
- Investigate and resolve claims related to lost or damaged goods, communicating with logistics partners and customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule flash sales, bundle offers, and seasonal promotions across all marketplace channels.
- Generate weekly performance reports, analyzing key metrics such as sales volume, conversion rate, and return rate to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to marketplace inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a professional brand image.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting workflow optimizations, automation tools, and best practices for e‑commerce operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Female candidates only; candidates should not wear hijab while on duty.
- At least 2 years of proven experience as an online marketplace administrator or e‑commerce support specialist.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Problem‑solving mindset, capable of handling returns, claims, and customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 09:00‑18:00, with occasional flexibility for peak sales periods.
- Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and a passion for the beauty industry.
